19.41 km. Suburban walking today. Walked to the mall , then up through the community towards the downtown and gallery. Heavy rain started when I was about halfway there. I had anticipated that the weather would clear up when I left the house but I was wrong. I wasn't very well prepared for the rain. Large pools of water accumulate on Winnipeg streets very quickly and drivers often don't make much effort to avoid them when passing pedestrians. The rain is refreshing though. When I walked home later in the day it was still raining heavily, got wet again.
